Return and refund policies

At Coolma, we have clearly defined our return and refund policies to help you in avoiding conflicts. Although we try to deliver quality goods, some customers think of returning them for viable reasons. 

In most cases, our customers claim a refund when-

  • They have altered their decisions
  • They do not like the product.
  • The product has some damages.
  • It does not serve their purposes
  • They no longer need the product.

To return the product and get the refund, you will need to send us your request within 30 days of receiving the item

Return and exchange policies

Within 48 hours of receiving the product, you can report our customer representatives about the damage.

While we have delivered a wrong product and a product with manufacturing defects, we will exchange it for a new one. You do not need to pay an additional charge for it. You may also ask our team to give a refund.

When you return our products, our team will carefully analyze their condition before placing them or refunding you.

You will receive the refund within 10 working days. For customers who have paid with their credit cards and net banking, we will reverse the process and make a refund. But, for those who have chosen COD, we will send the amount to their bank account. The Sundays and public holidays can delay the process.

We can make partial refunds in some cases-

  • Signs of your use
  • Software, CDs and DVDs that have been opened
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items with missing parts
  • Items returned more than a month of delivery

More details about our refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will send an email notification. You will learn about the rejection and approval of your refund request. We will then start processing with the approval of your refund.

If you have not received the refund, you have to check your account and contact the credit card issuer. In some cases, the processing time becomes longer, and you will have a delay in receiving the refund.

However, we do not refund any sale items. The refunded amount will not include the shipping charge.
