Cancellation Policies

At Coolma, we always try our best to provide flawless and high-quality products to our customers. Our products and customer service rarely get negative feedback from customers. Still, for some personal issues and other uncontrollable factors, a few customers think of cancelling the order. Thus, to remove confusions and avoid conflicts, our company has created some cancellation policies. Before placing your order and buying our products, you have to read these policies.

  • After placing an order, you can think of cancelling it within 24 hours. There is no way of canceling only a part of the product. However, you can again re-purchase the quantity and simplify your transactions.
  • Within 2 to 3 working days, we will start processing your refund. It may take 7 to 8 days to credit your bank account with the amount.
  • You cannot cancel the order when we have already shipped the products.
  • We can charge a cancellation fee that will vary with the total order value.
  • In some unpredictable circumstances, we are compelled to cancel your order. We will notify you about it via your registered email.
  • Although we try to keep our stock inventory filled with products, there may be a shortage of the quantity (you have ordered) in some cases. We will then manage the quantity and deliver the products available to us.
